Privacy notice

The public form is only for business contact details and general information about workflow fit. Do not submit operational files, contract text, customer data, credentials, bank data, tax data, or other sensitive information.

What we collect

If you request a fit review, we collect the business contact and qualification fields you provide. We also record the service, referral and campaign parameters, and submission time. We retain inquiries for no longer than 12 months unless a business relationship or legal duty requires otherwise.

Analytics and session recording

Only after consent, we use first-party funnel events, Web Vitals, Cloudflare Web Analytics where configured, and Microsoft Clarity. Form fields are masked in Clarity. We use this information to find page errors and improve usability, not to make automated eligibility decisions. You can change your choice from the footer or clear this site's local storage.

Service providers and location

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Service inquiries are delivered to our internal sales workspace. Microsoft provides consent-gated session analytics. These providers may process data internationally under their terms and safeguards.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@venthry.com. A successful inquiry also provides a private deletion link. Analytics consent is optional and does not affect the form.
